High School Transcript

Use this form to send us your proof of ID and certification fee.  Transcripts and school records that contain grades or test scores are restricted to the student of record. Only the student of record and the school district of origin may request these records.

Click on the orange icon below to download the form.

Looking for your GED certificate?  We have Coulter High School certificates only.  For all others, search for the information at: https://communitycolleges.wy.edu/high-school-equivalency/ or call the Community College Commission at 307-777-7763.

Graduation Verification

Please click HERE to access the online form to request verification of a student's graduation or education. There is no charge for this service. Verification may take 1 to 2 business days to complete.

Note 1: If the verification is for a student who graduated from either Colter High School (Wyoming Boys' School) or Stolt Academy (Wyoming Girls' School), instead of using this form, please send your request as a fax or email, accompanied by written consent from the student. For all other schools, this form is sufficient.

Note 2: Our records only cover students that graduated from a public high school in Wyoming (with some exceptions). If a student attended a school in Wyoming but graduated from a school outside of Wyoming, their records would have been transferred to the graduating school, so we would not have them.

  1. You can find up to date contact information for Wyoming courts on the Wyoming Supreme Court’s website
  2. Then contact us.

Birth, Death or Marriage Records

Visit our Vital Records website for information on which vital records we have, and what each type of record can tell you.
